Esc!the old way
of doing research.
Point-and-click desktop apps that run real, citable R analysis on your own computer, from raw data to publication-ready figures. No coding, no cloud, no four-figure licenses.
Computes on peer-reviewed R · 100% offline · Windows · macOS coming soon
Research shouldn't cost you your nights, your budget, and your data.
Licenses that keep biting
Separate four-figure subscriptions for statistics and for plotting, renewed every year whether you used them or not.
Code you don't have time to write
Assembling and debugging an R or Python pipeline is a project in itself, before you've answered a single question.
Three tools for one figure
Analyse in one program, plot in another, format in a third. Every hand-off is a chance to break something.

The 2am figure
Deadlines that keep you the only light still on, re-exporting a plot for the fifth time because a reviewer wanted different labels. Your tools should be doing this, not you.
Your unpublished data, uploaded
Cloud and AI services want your raw reads and results. For unpublished work, that's a risk you shouldn't take.
Fixing pain as a kid.
Fixing pain as a researcher.

One window. Data in, publication out.
Load your data
Point the app at your spreadsheet or raw sequencing files. Columns and samples are detected automatically.
Click your analysis
Choose a test or a pipeline preset. It computes on peer-reviewed R: ANOVA, PCA, DADA2, diversity, differential abundance.
Export, ready to publish
A labelled figure at 600 DPI, a multi-panel composite, a Word report with a citable methods paragraph.

One affordable app outweighs the whole old stack.
Replace a spreadsheet, a statistics suite, a plotting program and a pile of custom code with a single tool, for a fraction of the price, in a fraction of the time.
Pick the tool that fits your work.

Run ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, post-hoc, correlation and PCA, then build labelled, journal-ready figures and multi-panel composites in the same window.

Take 16S and ITS sequencing from raw reads to taxonomy, diversity and differential abundance with the complete DADA2 pipeline, and a one-click Word report.

No internet. No cloud. No exceptions.
EZ AnalytiX computes entirely on your own machine, so you can work on a plane, in the field, or behind a lab firewall. Unpublished data never leaves your computer, and it never touches an AI service.
Run the test. Compose the figure. Same window.
Point EZ GraphX at your spreadsheet, choose your comparison, and it runs the statistics on peer-reviewed R, then draws a labelled, publication-ready figure and lets you assemble a multi-panel composite.
Tukey and other post-hoc tests, with compact-letter groupings placed on the chart.
Correlation matrices, heatmaps, PCA biplots and scree plots, ready to interpret.
Drag analyses into a panel grid, auto-add A/B/C labels, export TIFF/PDF at 600 DPI.
From raw reads to real answers.
EZ OmiX runs the complete DADA2 pipeline for 16S and ITS amplicon data, primer removal, denoising, taxonomy, diversity and differential abundance, entirely on your machine.
Presets and guardrails; save and reload the exact config for reproducibility.
Alpha/beta diversity, PERMANOVA, DESeq2 and Kruskal-Wallis on CLR data.
A .docx with plots and stats, plus a ready-to-cite Materials & Methods paragraph.
From raw numbers to a figure you can publish.
Drag the handle. On the left, the spreadsheet you start with. On the right, exactly what EZ GraphX hands back, labelled, tested, and export-ready.

Questions researchers ask.
Does my data ever leave my computer?
No. Both apps compute locally on your own R installation, and they make no network calls at all — not even to activate. Your license is verified on your own machine, so the apps work on an air-gapped computer.
Do I need to know R or write code?
Not at all. Everything is point-and-click; the real R packages do the work under the hood.
How do I buy, and how does billing work?
Email us and we'll send you a license key, usually within one working day. A license lasts a year. There's no account to create, no card kept on file and no automatic renewal — when the year is up, you renew only if you want to. We can invoice your institution if procurement needs one.
Can I use it offline?
Completely. Activation is a local check against a signature in your license key, so the apps never contact a server — not on first launch, not afterwards. Install on a machine that has never touched the internet and it still works.
Can I cite the methods?
Yes, results come from established peer-reviewed R packages, and EZ OmiX gives you a ready-to-cite Materials & Methods paragraph.
