These terms are a general template and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional for your jurisdiction before you rely on them. Confirm the governing law, tax treatment and refund terms with your advisor.

These Terms govern your use of the EZ AnalytiX website and the purchase of licenses for our software. By using the site or buying a license, you agree to them. Contact: help@ezanalytix.com.

The software

EZ GraphX and EZ OmiX are desktop applications for Windows (a macOS version is planned). Your use of the software itself is governed by our End User License Agreement.

How licenses are sold

We sell directly. There is no online checkout: you email us, we agree the price and payment method, and we send you a license key by email once payment has been received. We are the seller for your transaction. Prices are quoted in US dollars and, unless we state otherwise in writing, are exclusive of any tax that may apply in your country.

License term & renewal

  • A license is valid for one year from the date we issue it, and includes updates and support for that period.
  • Nothing renews automatically. We hold no payment details on file and cannot charge you again. If you want another year, you ask us for it.
  • When a license reaches its expiry date the software locks until a new key is entered.

Refunds

If the software does not work for you, email us within 14 days of receiving your license key and we will refund you in full. After 14 days we will still do our best to sort out any problem you are having.

Institutional purchasing

We can issue an invoice for a university or institutional purchase order. Email help@ezanalytix.com with the details your procurement office needs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or software, including attempting to bypass or tamper with license verification, or sharing your license key with people outside your license.

Intellectual property

The EZ AnalytiX name, apps, website and content are owned by EZ AnalytiX. The software relies on third-party open-source R packages, each under its own license.

Disclaimer & liability

The software and site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for validating analytical results for your own research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ AnalytiX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Confirm the appropriate jurisdiction with your legal advisor.)

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is dated above.
