End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and EZ AnalytiX and covers your use of the EZ GraphX and EZ OmiX desktop applications (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to it.
License grant
Subject to a valid, unexpired license key and these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to the number of devices stated in your license, for your own research and professional work.
Activation
The Software is unlocked by entering the email address your license was issued to together with your license key. Verification is performed entirely on your own computer using a cryptographic signature contained in the key; the Software does not contact any server, at activation or at any later point. Your license key is personal to you.
Because verification is local, the device limit in your license is a contractual limit rather than one the Software enforces technically. We ask that you respect it. If you need the license moved to a different machine or extended to more devices, email help@ezanalytix.com.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, redistribute, resell or sublicense the Software or your license key.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass or tamper with license verification.
- Do not share your license key or use it beyond the devices your license covers.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. EZ AnalytiX retains all intellectual property rights in it. The Software incorporates third-party open-source components (including R and its packages), which remain under their respective licenses.
Term & termination
This license runs until the expiry date recorded in your license key. When that date passes, the Software locks until you enter a new key; your installed files and your own data are left untouched. This Agreement also terminates if you breach it.
No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Analytical outputs are tools to assist your work; you are responsible for verifying results before relying on or publishing them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ AnalytiX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
