Privacy Policy

EZ AnalytiX ("we", "us") makes offline desktop research software (EZ GraphX and EZ OmiX). This policy explains what we do and do not collect. Questions: help@ezanalytix.com.

Your research data stays on your computer

The apps run entirely on your own machine. Your datasets, files, analyses, figures and results are never transmitted to us, uploaded to any cloud, or shared with any AI service. We have no access to them.

The apps send nothing at all

Our desktop apps make no network requests. Your license key is verified mathematically on your own computer against a signature it already contains, so there is no activation server to contact — not on first launch, and not afterwards. The apps run normally on a machine that has never been connected to the internet. We receive no telemetry, no usage statistics, no crash reports and no device identifiers.

Buying a license

Licenses are issued by hand over email. When you write to us we receive the information you put in that email — typically your name, email address, and your institution or lab. To arrange payment we also receive whatever details your chosen payment method shares with us, which is normally your name and a payment reference. We do not see or store your full card number.

We keep a simple record of licenses we have issued (name, email, product, issue and expiry dates) so that we can support you, re-send a lost key, and handle renewals. This record is kept privately and is not shared with anyone.

Website

Our website is hosted on Vercel. It has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Server logs may temporarily record standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To issue your license key and re-send it if you lose it.
• To provide support and let you know about updates or renewal.
• To keep the accounting records we are required to keep.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the limited personal information we hold by emailing help@ezanalytix.com. Note that deleting your record means we can no longer re-issue a lost license key to you, and we may need to retain certain details to meet accounting obligations.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
